Growing up in a small town in Illinois , where my family and friends are involved in real estate, it was no surprise at 17 when I purchased my first two buildings. Located in the heart of the downtown area, the buildings consisted of a commercial storefront with two apartments above. The commercial space was home to a video store, tanning salon, and ice cream shop. Over the six years I owned and managed the buildings I learned about property management, retail management, and rental apartments. At the age of 23 I sold the two buildings, which allowed me to pursue my desire to move to Central Florida . Once in Orlando I began working for a large development company which owned and managed several properties in Central and South Florida . This opportunity allowed me to expand my experience by managing multi-family housing and apartment communities. After excelling in sales and management I still felt the need to learn more, which led me to attend the IFREC Real Estate Schools to get my license in real estate.
As a realtor with Keller Williams I have been privileged to work with some of the best people in the business. I learned at the age of 17 the importance of customer relationships, as they are the foundation of any business. Now as a realtor I use that same philosophy with my each of my clients.
